Who you are dealing with

TidyCookies is provided, sold and billed by F4 Labs. When you create an account or pay for TidyCookies, your agreement is with F4 Labs. Payments, receipts and invoices are issued by F4 Labs through Stripe, so "F4 Labs" is the name you will see on your card statement and invoices.

The service

TidyCookies gives you a cookie consent banner, a cookie scanner, a cookie declaration and a log of your visitors' consent choices. You add one line of code to your website and we serve the banner from our servers.

You are responsible for your own website and for how you use the banner. TidyCookies helps you follow cookie rules such as the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, but it is not legal advice and we cannot promise that your website is compliant. Check the cookie list we find and the texts you show your visitors.

Plans and prices

Prices are in euros. Any VAT that applies is shown at checkout and on your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you add websites during a paid year, you pay a share of the yearly price for the rest of that year. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for you.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time under Billing in your dashboard. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. We do not refund periods that have started, unless the law requires it.

Fair use

Don't use TidyCookies for anything illegal, to attack our servers or to harm other people. We may suspend accounts that do. Very unusual traffic on a single account may be limited so the service stays fast for everyone; we will contact you first.

Your data and your visitors' data

For the consent log, you are the data controller and F4 Labs is your data processor. We only process this data to run TidyCookies for you, as described in our privacy policy, which also works as our data processing agreement.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep TidyCookies running, but we can't promise it will never be down. If the banner script can't load, your website still works; the banner simply does not show and blocked scripts stay blocked. As far as the law allows, F4 Labs's total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your websites and stop using TidyCookies at any time. We may end the service with 60 days' notice by email. Either way you can download your consent log before it ends.
